Let me explain.
The second week Laur and Meagan went right at three (the concert starts at 7) and we were front row and center. But, that meant we were surrounded by avid concert goers. Any talking got looks, and a group next to us got yelled at.
The third week (this week) we got there at like 5:45 so we were out in the boonies. Who is in the boonies you may ask? Families are in the boonies. Loud children and lots of talking. At points we couldn't tell which Beatles song it was. It was frustrating.
Isn't it beautiful?
This is the patch of grass that was occupied by a family with three very small children. It wasn't the children who bothered me though, it was the disrespectful father that really got under my skin.
Hi, when I said you could put your blanket down almost on top of ours, that didn't mean you should sit your ass down right in my face where I'm reading my book. And lifting your small son over your shoulder so he can upside-downly grab at our cheese and baguette isn't ok either. It shouldn't be the responsibility of the other man sitting with to grab your son and pull him back onto your blanket. Ugh. Plus the son hit me in the arm with yogurt.
Aww the pretty trees in the pretty sky, right? WRONG! There are dozens of squirrels up in those trees. You just can't see them because they're slippery little bastards. They're bent on taking over. First just Madison, then all of Wisconsin, then the U.S. and then the world! They must be stopped. But by who? The Chosen One. He may not even be born yet, but he'll come. And save the world from The Tree Foes.
